New In-App Announcement Flow 📣
With our newest In-App announcement horn in the top right of your Aloware app, you will receive the most up-to-date product updates directly to your app. You can also subscribe to receive these updates via email by clicking here.
All you need to do is click on the horn in the top right, and the updates will show. Check out the screenshot below:
2-Factor-Authentication (2FA) 🔐
In our commitment to providing a secure experience for you, we have enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) on all Aloware accounts on September 5th, 2023.
When you log in, you'll see a prompt asking for some information before you can access your account. We'll send a code to your registered email, and you'll need to confirm it. It's all about keeping your account secure!
Critical note: Every time you log in, you will be required to submit 2FA. However, if you select "Keep me signed in" then you won't need to login every time if you are using the same device. Please note that "Keep me signed in" resets every 30 days.
Compliance Registration to Line Wizard ☎️
We're excited to announce the inclusion of "Line addition to campaigns" as Step 4 in our Line Registration Wizard. This enhancement ensures a more streamlined and intuitive line registration process for our valued customers.

- Time Efficiency: Reduce the steps and time taken to integrate your lines with campaigns.
Add to live Power Dialer ↗️
With this new update, you will be able to add new contacts to running Power Dialer sessions. The Power Dialer list will be live and updated after the transaction.
Note: It’s worth mentioning that if you choose to add the new contact to the top of the list, the person will be called after the current call that is in progress.
Updated "Contact Support" workflow 📝
In order to improve your experience, on this iteration we have upgraded the “Report Issue” button on places where we provide an opportunity for clients to report issues to us, e.g. communication information page. Instead of the old report form, now the user will be able to submit a message in Intercom.
