🔮Feature to be able to sort by timezone in Power Dialer at TALK
When starting a session, agents may want to prioritize calling those in earlier time zones. Now, users of the Talk Power Dial can sort their queued session to maximize prime calling hours.
🚀 New Pipedrive, Zoho, and other integration cards in Talk
Now, all accounts with CRM integrations to Pipedrive, Zoho, Guesty, and more will have integration cards in the new interface of Talk.
They can be found on the right side of the screen under contact details.
🌐 Design change to long messages in Talk
Our talk interface is made for easy to use communications with your contacts. So, we have adjusted width of SMS messages and are now fitted to better suit customers used to a mobile interface.
🎈 Newest Talk Desktop App
Have you had the chance to download our newest desktop App?
We recently made significant improvements, bug fixes. Plus, we’ve added an auto-update feature, which means you don’t have to do anything to receive the latest updates.

Aloware has updated its definitions of paused, suspended, and deleted users. Since this may impact some accounts' billing, please read the clarified definitions in this article here.
Specifically, only deleted users will be removed from subscription charges. Both suspended and paused users can be used for other purposes, but they still count as paid users.
