Call Waiting, Transcription Dashboard in v10.53

💡Smart Transcription Dashboard
With the new Smart Transcription Dashboard, you are able to have an aggregated view of positive/negative calls, keyword analytics and category detection.
We've also made additions to the call panel, where you can now see the percentage of talk time between the contact and the agent.
You can get started for free for up to 5,000 minutes depending on your plan. Read more in the FAQs here.
To get started immediately, simply email support@aloware.com with this message, "Hi, I'm interested in the Transcription Free trial" and we'll turn it on for you.
🌍 Local Presence in the UK
With Local Presence, you can increase your connection rate by using local area codes for calling and texting in major cities.
Now, we have upgraded our major cities package to major area codes in the United Kingdom.
Contact support@aloware.com, or email you CSM and you can get started with UK local area codes today.
📢 Aloware Talk Launch
Another reminder that Aloware has launched its newest, overhauled interface.
Since release, we've made a number of performance improvements and enhancements.
We want to again demonstrate the features on the communications page for those new!
☎ Call Waiting
Aloware has Call Waiting, which routes an incoming call to a personal line similar to how modern cell phones work.
Now, when a user is on the phone and Call Waiting is enabled, the incoming call will be on hold until the user decides to, ignore, hang up and answer or park and answer the call.
💲 Long SMS as MMS
Save costs by automatically sending long messages via MMS rather than multiple SMS.
Users can enable this on the account settings, therefore inheriting for all lines, or select individual lines in the line settings.
🐞 Bug fixes and performance improvements
We deployed lots of performance improvements related to app loading, Aloware Talk and UI fixes. Contact technical support for more details.
