💬  Contacts List export

Admins will now have the ability to export Contact Lists as CSV files from Aloware Talk. Be sure to go and give it a shot!

🔮 DNC and Opt-Out filters for Contacts

Users should be able to filter out any contacts who have the DNC flag or the Opt-out flag in Aloware Talk.

💡 New Feedback for Power Dial Import List

Users will now be notified when their HubSpot contact list is successfully uploaded to their Power Dialer session.

🚀 Smart Transcription Updates!🚀

 💎 Dashboard - Smart Transcription + New features

The Smart Transcription Dashboard precision is getting improvements based on your feedback!

With this update, we are now showing Custom Keywords and Agent and Customers Talk Time on the transcription module.

NOTE: If you currently do not have Smart Transcription enabled on your account, reach out to your admin or Aloware Support to get more information on this service.
