New Call Details and more in v10.4.6
We're excited to announce the release of Aloware v10.4.6 which will release tonight after 7pm PST, Friday July 1st.

📞 Additional Call Details
In an effort to show the user more details about calls to the user, we’ve added the following information to the communication info.
- Did call answer with Fishing mode? yes/no
- Barge? yes/no
- Whisper? yes/no
- Holder in a queue? yes/no
- If yes to the above, then place in queue before the call hung up will show
- Timestamp of the ring group snapshot
Navigate to a conversation with a call. If you scroll to the bottom, you will find the 'more details' button. Select this to find the below screenshot.
Find the additional details on the left information panel below.
💲 End of Month Cost & Usage Summary Report
Aloware wants to make sure you always know your accurate monthly usage and billing.
Therefore, Aloware will send an email to the Billing Admins of your account at month’s end. You can find a sample email preview below.
There will also be an image of the usage chart. An example of the chart is shown below.

📈 'Not Disposed' Dashboard Filter
‘Not Disposed’ allows users to pull all calls and contacts who were not given a disposition.
Therefore, we added a new filter (Not Disposed) that already existed in the “Contacts” tab, to Communications (in the Dashboard). This way you can easily see what contacts have not been disposed.

💡 Smart Transcription Feature
Aloware has released an exciting new artificially intelligent feature called smart transcription.
Since we know listening to call recordings is labor-intensive and time-consuming, the team has enabled managers to easily review the conversation dialogue, highlights, keywords, and categories with a click of a button.
