3. Introducing Error Prevention Alerts for Aloware-HubSpot Workflows
We've implemented a new feature to ensure smooth communication flows within your HubSpot workflows. Now, if a user tries to send a message through the HubSpot workflow and their Line is empty or lacks a phone number, an error notification will pop up in Aloware.
This notification applies specifically to the "Send a text (SMS/MMS)" action in Aloware.
It's important to note that connecting a personal number to all users is recommended to avoid this issue.

Improved Contact and Call Disposition Workflow 📒
We're excited to introduce Force Call and Contact Dispositions to streamline your workflow!
Force Call Disposition: With this option enabled, agents can now pause the wrap-up timer and lock key functionalities such as the back button, callback, and agent status dropdown until the call is disposed of. This ensures that agents effectively complete call-related tasks without interruptions, leading to smoother workflows and improved efficiency.
Force Contact Disposition: Similarly, this feature allows agents to pause the wrap-up timer and lock essential functionalities until the contact is disposed of. By enabling Force Contact Disposition, agents can focus solely on completing necessary tasks associated with the contact, streamlining their workflow and enhancing productivity.
*Note: These features are compatible with Power Dialer calls as well.
Key Benefits:
- Streamlined post-call workflow and accuracy: Agents are now prompted to complete Call or Contact Dispositions before making new calls, ensuring precise data and compliance with post-call procedures when “Force Call Disposition” or “Force Contact Disposition” is enabled.
