1. Remove from Power Dialer: Our Sequences feature now includes an effortless contact removal step for your Power Dialer. As soon as a contact is added to a Sequence with this step, they're automatically removed from the dialer list. This keeps your contact list fresh and up-to-date, even during active dialing sessions! Experience a cleaner, more efficient calling process, focusing purely on engaging with your customers and prospects.
2. Enroll to other Sequence: Introducing a revolutionary Sequence Step to Aloware! This new addition allows one sequence to trigger another, seamlessly enrolling contacts into a subsequent sequence. Our new Smart Encoding system addresses this issue directly. Let's say you send a text with an emoji. Typically, this could split into two messages. With Smart Encoding, however, it stays as one single message.
